“Why Women Quit” – Corridor 9/495 BFF Featured Speaker May 2023

The Corridor 9/495 Chamber of Commerce welcomed guest speaker Robin Frkal, Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Business at Nichols College, for a presentation on “Why Women Quit: The Search for Meaning at Work.” Over the last few years, more women than ever have said “I quit.” The result is the leadership gap, especially at senior levels continues to grow. Ms. Frkal discusses this issue and offered insights into what is fueling this phenomenon and what we can do to ensure that women leaders stay engaged and thrive at work.
