Lieutenant Todd Minardi was promoted to Westborough Police Department’s first Deputy Chief, Sergeant Chester Hallice was promoted to the rank of Detective Lieutenant, Sergeant Steven Tompkins was promoted to the rank of Detective Sergeant and Detective Michael Daniels was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. We are extremely proud and excited about the promotions of these officers. Their commitment to the Department and community will ensure the Westborough Police Department continues to provide the highest level of service to those we serve.
