Today Westborough honored it’s 2020 Veteran of the Year, Bob Sylvester by holding a surprise car parade. This event conceived by Alyce Luippold of the Garden Club. She wanted to do something special for Bob Sylvester for Veterans Day since he is the Veteran of the Year.
