Westborough Celebrates Dia De Los Muertos 2023

Día de Los Muertos 2023 was celebrated with a fantastic event at Fales Elementary School and was honored at all schools with beautiful ofrendas at each. Local resident and realtor Dalia Izvolsky and Westborough Connects introduced this Mexican pre-Hispanic holiday, and displayed traditional “Dia de los Muertos” Altares/Ofrendas filled with colors, spirituality and mysticisms. Westborough families and students embraced this Mexican tradition, many of whom attended the event on Friday, October 27, 2023. Dalia worked with many in town and the schools to hold this event and display the traditional “Dia de los Muertos” Altares/Ofrendas in all Westborough Schools.
