Strange Sightings

Recently, there have been sightings of a strange figure around town. Reports say that he has shown up at a few recent board meetings and landmarks around town (see pictures below). Some residents have said they have seen this character stalking around their homes, seemingly planning some fun event for the near future, though no calls have been made regarding any breaking and entering or theft. The authorities have told people to be on the lookout for a tall figure, dressed in yellow, who may be carrying a basket. The subject in question is said to stand 6 feet tall, or 7 feet with his ears up.
