F&M – Patrick Welch

In this episode, Shelby and Arthur talk to Patrick Welch, the newest member of the Select Board. Patrick is in his first term and ran for the 1-year seat, replacing long-time Select Board member Leigh Emery. Patrick gives his first impressions of being on the Board, as well as what he has learned and his top 2-3 priorities that he hopes to accomplish in his first year.
