Dr. Yvonne Spicer, Mayor of Framingham, Speaks at BFF Luncheon

Tune in to see the motivational speech given to the members of Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce Business Forward Females by the Mayor of Framingham, Dr. Yvonne Spicer.  Dr. Spicer was inaugurated earlier this year as the first Mayor of Framingham, after voters in the largest town in Massachusetts narrowly voted to become a city.  Dr. Spicer also became the first African-American woman to be popularly elected as a mayor in the Commonwealth.  Watch the full presentation from March 28, 2018 here!
