The Westborough Community Band held their first summer concert on July 17th at the Bay State Common bandstand. Conductor Matthew Lefebvre and band members have been practicing many new pieces of music for the community on Thursday evenings at the high school, and that practice paid off with a wonderful concert for folks Sunday evening.
The band is also scheduled to play at the bandstand on Sunday, July 31, so bring a chair or blanket and some dinner to the Common bandstand area to enjoy a great evening of music. On August 14 the Community Band will play at Westborough High School auditorium.
