Charlotte Spinney Vision Scholarship Program

Westborough TV’s Karen Henderson sat down with Charlotte Spinney to learn all about her Vision Scholarship Program.  Founded in 1995, the Charlotte Spinney Vision Scholarship (CSVS) is awarded to eligible students in Westborough who, for any number of reasons, would benefit greatly from the extra support. Charlotte Spinney is a beloved and dedicated educator who taught in the Westborough Public Schools for many years. The students who are awarded the Charlotte Spinney Vision Scholarship exemplify qualities of honesty, perseverance, and integrity.
