The Westborough Cultural Council will host its annual “Arts in Common” festival on Sat, Sept 24th from 10AM to 4PM on the Bay State Common, downtown Westborough. It is an annual gathering place for artists, performers, and artisans to come together with their neighbors to connect and celebrate the arts. The event will feature not only performing arts on two venues, but also artists, artisans, local and international food.
The Council is seeking a variety of local individuals and groups involved in the performing and practical arts to share their talents. The last festival featured over 22 performers, as well as over 35 booths by artists and artisans. Applicants should be aware that space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deadline for all applications is August 31, 2016.
