See this post below from the town website regarding the purchase of 2020-2022 transfer station stickers:
Transfer station stickers covering the time period of July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2022 are now on sale. Because of COVID 19 restrictions, town offices are closed to visitors at this time. Transfer station stickers can be purchased online, by mail, or by dropping off payment in the black mailbox outside of Town Hall labeled “Town Bills Only” (34 West Main Street). Once processed, stickers will be mailed out to residents.
