The 2nd Annual Del Bowl was a great success! The tournament was held in memory of Rondel Clark, who loved nothing more than family, friends, football and Thanksgiving. The tournament took place Saturday, November 24th on the Westborough High School turf.
Close to $3k was donated in support of the Rondel Clark Foundation. This will further our efforts to end extreme weight cutting in combat sports through education and regulation, and support families who have been impacted by extreme weight cutting.
Donations can still be made through the site (all donations are tax-deductible). Our goal is for the tournament is to raise $25k – roughly $255 per participant, which has symbolic meaning as this is the 2nd tournament and 55 was Rondel’s number.
