The Rangers baseball team improved their league record to 4-1 with this 6-3 win over Marlboro, and their overall record to 9-6. This win allowed Westborough to hold onto a tie for first place in the league and inched them within one win of playoff contention. Once again, juniors Alex Badger and Eli Richman offered play-by-play commentary on the game.

Senior Ryan Nichols had a stellar performance, pitching a complete game while only allowing three runs. He also added three hits at the plate and two stolen bases. Senior Jack Choate also had himself a day, smacking a solo-home run late in the game to further pad the Rangers’ lead.
