Recently Westborough TV was invited to visit Framingham State University to capture students dishing out their ‘Healthy Bites’. With the help of registered dietitian and teacher Karen White, each student learns how to make their favorite food, in a healthier way. Each group of students showed us step-by-step how to make their own healthy dishes.
