“Once on This Island” will be performed this coming weekend courtesy of the Gibbons Middle School theater students. New this year, full dress rehearsal show on Thursday 4/7 at 4pm where senior citizens are admitted for free! The show includes elements of the Romeo and Juliet story and elements of the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale The Little Mermaid. It concerns a peasant girl on a tropical island, who uses the power of love to bring together people of different social classes. Come out and support these Gibbons students and the arts!
