hello all, i found a lost wallet in Middletown, Rhode Island on Sunday February 6 , 2022 belonging to a Westborough Resident named Hugh Howarth of 23 Arch Street. the drivers license is current and several credit cards, insurance card, AAA Card and a 20$ bill were inside. i turned it in to the Middletown, PD but could not find a working phone number for that Westborough street address. Any help in finding the owner would be appreciated
