We don’t want to brag. Wait, actually, yes we do! Westborough TV is thrilled to announce that 2 of our productions from 2022 were selected as finalists for the 2023 Mass Creator Awards. One is in the Best Hosting category for “On the Sidelines with host Paul McGrath – Glass Negatives” hosted by Paul McGrath and produced by Aidan Horrigan. The other is in the Short Format category for “Go Local, Westborough – Soap, Scents, Smiles, and Serenity at Simply SoHope” produced by Holly Van Wie and highlighting Kim Tynan’s business “Simply SoHope.” We are really proud to have been selected and will find out if either takes home the trophy at the annual awards ceremony held tonight (Jan 25, 2023) in Boston.
The Massachusetts Creator Awards recognize outstanding work in television and media within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 5 of our videos were nominated including the 2 finalists named above as well as “WHS StuCo Clash Royale Tournament” produced by Aidan Horrigan, “Westborough EDC Award: Hall of Fame – Nourse Farm” by the WTV production team of Aidan Horrigan, Jeff Poole and Holly Van Wie, and finally “DPW Works for You – Forestry Division – Trimming Program” produced by Jeff Poole. Their hard work and attention to detail resulted in excellent videos that were good candidates for the Mass Creator Awards.
The videos are judged by third party evaluators from across the country who are top media professionals in the field. All entries are judged based on strict criteria in order to ensure the most outstanding productions are recognized and honored.
The awards event will be attended by Jeff Poole. Paul McGrath, and Karen Henderson.
Website with more information and the other categories can be found on the Mass Access site Creator Awards site.
Congratulations! Wishing you all the best!
Thank you Donna! Your legacy at WTV lives on in so much that we do! 🙂
