The Westborough Board of Selectmen, The Advisory Finance Committee and The Capital Expenditures Planning Committee are holding an all day, joint meeting with a Public Budget Hearing. The Public Hearing Portion of this meeting will be held from 8:30AM – 9:30AM. At this time, the Public Hearing will be closed and the joint meeting will resume.
